Job description:
The Nursery Manager is responsible for leading and developing the nursery team to deliver excellent standards of care and education in line with the EYFS and the company vision and values.
Main duties:
Delivering excellent standards of Early Years care within all aspects of the Nursery Recruiting, developing and managing the nursery team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education Effective implementation of all company policies and procedures Developing effective relationships
Experience and qualifications:
Minimum L3 Early Years qualification or equivalent and a management qualification is desirable although not essential. You will have a proven track record of successfully working in partnership with parents/carers/agencies, implementing the EYFS.
Personal qualities:
Applicants must have experience of leading and developing a team of day nursery staff and commercial experience. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills.
